Nature serves as a powerful antidote to the noise and distractions of everyday life. Stepping outside and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the natural world can instantly soothe the mind and calm the spirit. The gentle rustling of leaves, the melodious chirping of birds, and the caress of a gentle breeze all contribute to a sense of peace and tranquility.
Consciously focusing on our breath is another effective way to anchor ourselves in the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner calm. With each inhale and exhale, we can release tension, anxiety, and worries, allowing space for serenity and clarity to emerge. The rhythmic cycle of breathing reminds us of the fundamental connection between our physical bodies and our inner being.
Embracing the spaciousness within ourselves allows us to let go of the mental chatter and embracing a sense of stillness and calm. By quieting the chatter of the mind and tuning into our inner stillness, we can access a reservoir of peace that exists beyond the chaos of the mind. In this spaciousness, we find the freedom to breathe, grow, and simply be.

With a background in Hatha yoga, I trained at the Mandala Yoga Ashram over 20 years ago www.mandalayogaashram.com and I now have the privilege to share my teachings as an Ashram Teacher both online and in person at Mandala Yoga Ashram in South Wales.
I am committed to continued learning and growth, I strive to offer classes that are both challenging and accessible to students of all levels. My teaching style is characterised by attention to alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, providing a holistic approach to yoga practice.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses the therapeutic power of sound and vibration to promote relaxation, healing, and wellbeing. During a Sound Bath, participants are typically invited to lie down or sit comfortably while a variety of instruments—such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools, which are played around you. The rich layers of sound and vibration help to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and encourage a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
I offer Sound Bath sessions both one to one and in group settings. In individual sessions, the experience is tailored to your personal needs, allowing for a more focused and healing approach. We can address both physical pain or emotional pain. You would book a minimum of 4 sound seasons for four consecutive weeks, the first being a little longer giving us time to discuss what you would like to achieve through the sessions and how I might be able to help facilitate the healing journey.
The group sessions, on the other hand, foster a sense of shared energy and collective relaxation, creating a supportive environment where participants can unwind together. Whether you prefer a private or communal experience, my aim is to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance through the transformative power of sound.
